la deee daaaaa



ahh. went to the gym & honestly. a good cardio sesh always makes me happier
i did 30 min. elliptical
30 min. stairs
with some stretching & some crunches..

i saw my old teacher there.. she told me i do too much cardio and i should incorporate weight training.. i really would like to! i want to be cute & toned. but honestly the boys are always using the machines & weights.. ( & i go to a large gym .. there are always millions of people there though!) 


anywho.. what are your favorite ways to tone up?? 
weight train? strength? etc.. i need HELP!

k. so i went out to lunch by myself... hahah well it was to the pizza place i work at so it wasnt THAT weird.. any way was SO PROUD I SNAPPED A PICTURE very surreptitiously.
but then ... i deleted it.
after ALL THAT.

okay so

** lunch was: broccoli & spinich in garlic & oil.. 
then grilled shrimp with peppers, tomato, and onions in a marinara sauce OVER the spinach and broccoli. (this has to be my all time favorite meal.. because it's not on the menu!! they make it for me!!!)
and they give me JUMBO sizes that a normal person couldn't finish. but there are children starving around the world. i cannot let food go to waste...



after i got home i ate this.......

.. after my homemade applesauce this morning. i TRIED to make my own..
SUCH an epic fail.
i don't even know what it was that i made.
first of all i used a pear...uhhh, hahahahahahahhhahha
so it was more like pear juice?
and i topped it with brown sugar, cinnamon, blueberries & whipped cream.. but it was far past being saved... 

what the hell. i ate it anyway



okay kiki, literally was eating my tilapia as i read your comment. hahahahh beans shall be tomorrow night! (or LUNCH! or a little breakfast omlette?  ;)  ...)

family got chinese food. and didn't order me any.....! GRR.
so i was still in the asian mood when i found an ASIAN stiry fry in the freezer!!! WOOOOOO

and TILAPIA's! YAYYYY
so i cooked those bad boys up
and ate my dads steamed veggies from his meal. because he doesn't eat green things..

then i micro'ed a sweet potater because i love them & have missed them so much and mashed her up with some salt & a dash o cinnamon.. oops, ketchup on the side though! don't hate i loveee that salty dude!

i'm off to my best friend's house to watch CHANGELING with her and her mommy
& eat ICE CREAM! i have a huge hankering for ice cream right about now & its like 18 degrees out. hahaha

had my nightly popcorn.. i was too lazy to put grapes in their own bowl so i threw them in the popcorn one.. and then just picked them out... oneee by one.



i woke up reallyyyy hungrrry!
and to find out my camera screen CRACKED so i cannot see any picture that i take, i must take them at random and hope for the best.
sigh.


i really wanted french toast so i whipped some up...

hmm i eyeballed the eggbeaters, a bit more then 1/4 cup..
tonsa cinnamon, 
abbout 1/4 cup skim milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract

literally i took 5 pictures of it cooking only to realize JUST now as they uploaded that i overshot the skillet.
well done!


in the back is a bowl of homemade applesauce (the last of it =/) 
fresh berries with a dollop of fage!

this was just what i needed.


but afterward i wasn't full!!!

so i had another bowl of berries with whipped cream & some B'nPB. that always makes me smile




anyone have good homemade applesauce recipes :)

... a downer


i just realized i posted all of my pictures backwards...

so i came home early from the dance...
the thing is, i don't drink alcohol.. it's how my brother passed. i don't feel comfortable around it just yet & all of my friends were about to go out to bars, etc. etc. i'm tired.. today i'm really missing tim for some reason and i was HUNGRY. 

i love my haircut, i looked good. it was great to see everyone. but i just wasn't in the mood to be out until 3 am. i don't think i'm ready to do that just yet

ED wise & i'm still upset over my brother...

so my mommy came to get me.. shes literally the best

anyway..

i went to my best friends house and we munched on carrot sticks before the dance , we were like rabbits. hahah (i thought i would be going out after the dance for the hibachi & bar crawll.. littttle did i know..)


so i came home RAVENOUS and ate the rest of my parents dinner...
top is sea bass & shrimp scampi!!!! with really really delicious veggies! 

i do NOT know what this was but it was OUT OF THIS WORLLLD

it looks like spinach fettucini?
then it had some tomato-y garlic sauce with sauteed eggplant and mushrooms. oh my <3>


i just had 1 cup homemade applesauce which is the greatest comfort food. i forgot how much better it is homemade!!


i had asian broccoli w/ spicy mustard this afternoon.. i've been getting hungry a lot lately....
& thus picking when i shouldn't be!




okay.. i'm off to eat popcorn & watch some t.v. with molls (my sister! )
later alligators.

busy day! & PLEASE ORDER BOXERS!!!!!

made a black bean omlette w/ peppers
steamed some brocc & carrots
seasoned it with fiesta lime seasoning! AYY AYY AYY
and chili powder

then i nibbled on 2 more carrots. whooooops


and finished her off with a strawberry supreme..
strawb jello, strawb syrup, strawberrriess & strawb jelly
with some cottage cheese & blueberries for garnish obviously.






okay LISTEN UP!
i know i don't know many of you too well & i don't know ANY of you personally, but i know you are all reallly understanding and accepting..

most of you know my brother passed away in october, he was 20 .. in his memory we started a fund for underprivledged children who cannot afford sports equipment...

therefore my finance class started a business called
"PJ's for TJ"
(my brother was Tim Jones.)

it would mean so much to my family if you decided to actually buy one!!

oh my golly gee. 
i cannot seem to keep my eyes open.
ugh! i hate days like theseeeeeee!

i promise i will catch up on your bloggies ASAP but i'm POOPED right now.

tomorrow is senior dance @ my school sooooo
my day will go accordingly

school until 11;55, seniors get out early
lunch at about 12;10 or something like that
try to hit the gym for a little therapy sesh from 1-2ish
gottaa get my hairrr done at 3

i'm thinking of getting a long layered bob!!!!

my dress is adorable.. its the one my sister wore to my sweet 16 .. 2 years ago and i've loved it since then but haven't been able to fit into it. and now i CAN PROUDLY SAY THAT I DO!!!!!

okay so i forgot my afternoon snack:
well
just picture this: 
ANOTHER CINNAMON ROLL YOGURT (muhaha)
and like 3.5 million raspberries, blueberries, bosyenberry, huckleberries. you name the berry, i had it.

thennn i got a spray tan. WOOT.

okay my dinner. was probably the best thing i've eaten in a long time. but it looks like POOP.

-had about 3/4 cup of pumpkin on hand. so i mixed with black beans & some cinnamon, salt.. heated her up
but i had ALREADY steamfreshed a bag of cauliflower & broc.
so i was all WHAT THE HELL. mix it together.
then i seasoned it with more salt and cinnamon.. sweet + salty = heavenly tasste buds.
okay but wait.
the best part was when i decided i needed more protein so i added cottage cheese. 
that was the best decision of my life.
maybe not MY LIFE..
but today, thursday feb. 26, 2009.
ohh my
added some raisins for more sweet & CHOWED DOWN. it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOODDDD

mmm feeling refreshed.



bikram was realllyy good  :)   i left feeling happy that i went of course & a littttle bit sore.. it'll hit me toomorrow!



before i left i conquered my sweet tooth with strawberrry mania, jello, berries & a bit of jam with whipped cream & choco sauce


dinnerrr was great.
pepper / onion stir fry w/ salmon
then i added roasted broccoli/ cauliflower & butternut squash with cinnamon sugar 

topped it all with balsamic 

it was REALLYY REALLLLLLY good. i was licking the bowl!




drank two of these bad boys today because i GAVE UP FRESCA & DIET SODA FOR LENT.   :(



i'm so nostalgic.. when i see things i used to eat as a kid in the food store i neeeed to buy them! i used to always eat my honey comb and i saw they came out with a CINNA GRAHAM flavor!! 

i loveeeeeee graham crackers!
so i popped it open and tried two bad boys. NOT HALFFF BAD .. actually quite good hehe

got these for my sisterrr...
then decided to try some out!
hehehh



posting my lunch breakfast & snack for tomorrow because i'm on the go !!

breakfast: cinnamon roll yoplait, banana, and a baggie of kix/honey comb!!!!

after lunch of my ensalada i didn't know if i wanted sweet or salty so i did both, don't hate..appreciate.

tuesdayy .. a BUSY one.. half day at school today so i'm shoveling in my lunch before i hit the gym then i need to shower & go to my nutritionistttt..



dessert last night.. this was after dinner but i'm toooo lazy to rearrange picccs!
strawbs, bluebs. dollop of fage with cinnamon, and choco sauce and whippppeeed creammsie.
dinner was salmon, steamed veggies, red cabbage galore.

the fibah made my tummy hurt.
i had like a good 8 oz. of salmon. im obsessed.

NEWS 12 NEW JERSEY. IN DA HOUSE. literally.

i told ya ladies that my mother is THE "pampered chef." ...well not the..but shes one of those ladies that comes to your house, cooks mad food & then tries to sell it to you. in her charmingly new jersey way. of course.

well my mom is QUITE the character soooo.. news 12 nj is currently in my kitchen filming her for a segment on quick, easy and inexpensive meals. AIN'T THAT THE CUTEST?!

i'll snag some peekchas for ya little ones lata.


last night after my abundance of asian i needed salty..
i had a BUTTERED POPCORN rice cake.. with nacho cheese seasoning.. dude.
idc WHAT you say. i DID NOT hate it.
at all..


went to soccer. 
i don't want to be a cocky little one or anything, it must've been the fact i was POed because i raged that field.. literally ripped the other girls up
i guess it comes from having brothers, i was always the girl that beat the boys up
but my dad was like "ERIN, HANDS DOWN! ERIN, STEP OFF!" hahahahah

yum yum sunday.



its 7:57 and i'm still sitting here waiting to go to soccer. DAMN THE FACT THAT MY FATHER IS THE COACH. otherwise you KNOW i'd be a skipppin.

asian asian today!


i steamed an ENTIRE bag of asian stir fry from whole foods today.. thought i was gonna just use half. no no. this chickadee was HUNGRRRY.
then i heard my brother coming down the stairs so i SNAPPED A PHOTO QUICK before i put my boca burger on top (he doesn't know about the blog obvi.. he would SO judge me. hahahah)

it was a really good blend of snap peas, soy beans, water chestnuts, peppas, mushrooms, etc. topped with spicy mustard AND THIS....

finished with sweet, tortilla w/ peach preserves & a peach and cinnamon all warmed up

i had GARLIC SHRIMP!! YUMMM.
with a side of steamed veggies to mix in the sauce
they put tofu in my veggies! i did NOT complain.
