blah day. grr

whatsssup dahhlings.
today has been so BLAH. my life is boring. i need a boyfriend..
takers??
anyone have a brother in the range of 17-21. ship him to jersey, ASAP

went to la gymnasia.
did a lill bit of this a lill bit of that
nothing too hefty.

oh! food right, the meaning of this blog
lunch WAS fantastic.

bought myself some grilled salmon & some mesculin
started with mixed steamed veggies (caulif. brocc, string beans)
then i heated up the salmon with some red cabbage. (i love red cabbage)
put some mesculin on the veggies, added salmon, cabbage, tomatooo, red pepper <3
& cucumber onion salad WHICH WAS SWEET. literally, sweet. my taste buds danced alot.
and some strawb and bluebs for sweetness. with balsamic vinegarette dressing



before i dug in with the fruit sallaad on da side

all mixed and delicious.




HAVE to end it off with some popped corn (nacho cheese flavorings and craisin, SWEET & SALTY BBBABBYY)
okay but really i've been kind of down lately, senioritis is getting to me.. i just want to go to collegee already
a lot of it has to do with feeling so alone.. i've always had guys but never really a boyfriend & i'm starting to wonder if theres something wrong with me...

i felll asleep last night with a little nap from 9-10;30 and woke up hunnggry,


so i went down to the kitchen & whipped up a little salad, romaine, red pepps, tomato & balsam. vinegarette




then had a bowl of steamed broccoli with black beans







finish her off with a pear & troopical jello with chocolate sauce & whipped cream




i was sooo tired last night! i just watched a little t.v. then went to bed around 11;45! on a friday night! losssah.

anywho, woke up & played with the pups a little

this was a good breakfast, but not filling enough.

1 packet of lower sugar otas (maybe THIS is why?? my mom buys lower sugar for her health)
a LOT of pumpkin,
1/2 cup water
bluebs, nananer, raisins, strawbs.
about 1.5 tsps of pb
syrupp
the other is more pumpkin with strawberries, some cottage cheese (1/4 cup)
bluebs, raisins, etc.

this should be filling...but it wasn't ..
i'm confused.

its sort of nice out.. maybe i'll take the puppperooni's for their first walk!
maybe lift some weights laterr
and i have my sister's play tonight. shes in "Tommy" hooray!

WHAT A DAY.


sorrry for the delay & being such a repetitive eater, etc...

this morning i woke up late but breakfast was delish again,
warmed up tortilla with pb&J, banana & strawbbberrryyy slices
side of about 1/4(a littttle more) fagee with kiwi, bluebs, strawbs & nannnanner


i thinkkk that was part of my snack last night.. oh yeah! A PEAR WITH COTTAGE CHEESEy.

my normal little lunchie.

oops. after.


had these little kiddos around 10;30 from the caffeeeteria




a chobaniii after schoolio.
then i had track for like 20 minutes.. it was a little light jogg .. due to my legs MAY fall off.
hmm then i went to work from 4-8
i work at a pizza place..
while there
SOMEONE (my waitress friend) didn't finish her broccoli & spinach with garlic, oil, sundried tomato & shrimp..
okay so i did the woman a favor, who wastes food?
really now.
now its 8;45 and i'm pooped.
i'm reading "EAT THIS, NOT THAT!"
kinda cool.
i'll probably get hungry around 9ish for reall food because that wasn't a substantial enough dinner for me
heheheh

i need to vent.

i guess this is only me, but i HATE it .. when people are in the room when i make my meals.. welll only because my mom used to always WATCH me and my dad too and i feel like they still dooo & it irritates me so much..


but just now i was about to cook my dinner when my brother who is two years older than me comes waltzing in with his girlfriend,, who is my age.. i got so uncomfortable i left the skillet on and walked out of the room fuming. i over react but i just don't feel comfortable cooking in front of other people because i constantly feel like im being watched..



also i get really irritable when i don't eat. you DO NOT want to be around me...

any one else or am i alone on this??



anyway, this is what i had:

1/2 cup black beans, fresh turkey & some egg beaters with pepper stir fry mix, some cauliflower & added pineapple for flava flavvv..


me and my mexican i swear!
i want some berrrylicious pumpkiny cottage cheese for dessert!!!

thurs thurs thurrrsday.
oh thursday, not quite friday..but it feels like it THATS FOR SURE.
breakfast was yumO.
i have QUITE the sweet tooth lately..
a corn tortilla heated up in the micro, spread with pb & jelly THEN topped with banana, all kinds of berries, a dollop of fluff and a squirt of choco sauce. WOAH. WOOOOAH.


then i had about 1/2 cup of fage with MORE berries, the other half of my naner, raisins, cinnamon, splenda, some more fluff (hehe) the whole shebang.

with some butter toffee. which i always forget to shoot.


my bad, forgot to take a pic of my apple, but i thinkkk you know what they look like!!



on to almuerzo. a nice hearty salad with tomaters, raisins & blueberries, carrot sticks, grilled balsamic chicken & raspberry balsamic vinegarette dressing




followed by TWO bowls of this fruit salad. oh so good.



i say i'll finish my sweet off with a little salllttay. some popped corn.

then i went to the gym .. did tina's run/jog interval workout.. almost died
next time i thinkkk i'll do the walk/jog =)
oop. matth tutor time.. i'm not too smart in my calc ladies, hope you can forgive me ;)

HELLLOO MY PRETTIES. okay so today i went to the gym, felt so accomplished. love it love it.
next i came home and nibbled on a carrot, orrrr two.. :)
hehe
then i showereed and went OUT to lunch with my mom.. i still haven't told her about the blog so was unable to take pics
but we went to a nice mexicanooo ristorante AY AY AY CARRRAMBA.

i got a bed o lettuce layered with black beans, corn, "grilled veggies" peppers, zuchini, squash, mushroom & onion with TILAPIA & southwestern lime dressing.
needless to say it was outstanding
i also nibbled on my moms veggie chili and some chiperoonis.

thenn i got my passport reneweed and my mom asked me if
"i would like to go to the south of spain for the week BEFORE we go to paris..."
...hmmm
what do you think I said?????

YAY. spain!
so then i went food shopping and was feeling hungry so i chomped some of these fruits while in the store.. my bad Kings....





A NEW FIND. you probably all hate fiber one bars, but i HEART them.

THIS. WAS. AMAZING.
okay, layer of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries
followed by a dollop of FLUFF, some mini marshmellows, *fat free* chocolate sauce ( i had no idea chocolate sauce could be fat free.. apparently so) , a spoonful of strawberry jam, cinnamon, whipped cream & some cinnamon roll cracker things

HOLY HOLY MOTHER.


it was rediculous.

SNOW DAY, laazzzy day.



had myself a niceeee bowl of popppcorn last night, i add craisins & raisins to the mix but that was afta.. my bad!



so this morning i had some oats. oh oats & they were delish!
i had about 1/2 can of pumpkin left so i used 1/4 of it with
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup almond breeze
salt, cinnamon, splenda
raisins
grapes
a mucho large banana
cooked them for 2 minutes

then i made this mixture with the rest of my pumpkin
just 1/4 cup pumpkin, cinnamon, raisins, grapes a litttle bit of naner
but then i decided WHY NOT MIX IT IN?!
so picture the next two delicious items COMBINED TO ONE. <3

oops. i added a sppooonful of PB to the mix as well<3






after that.. i wasn't really hungry but i pretended and told myself i was
so i nibbled on an orange, more grapes & a litttttle spoonful of PB
heheh

gym today
get passport renewed
do nothing.

ON A ROLL TODAY!


i love this jacket. it is a littttttle small in the arms but LEATHER STRETCHES RIGHT?! (just say yes.) and the shirt under is adorable .. its hot pink with neon green writing saying "bon jour"
and a gold scarf. this nice little outfit would go with my gold kicks no??
:)


i love my fluffy pink rug that i put on my GREEN carpet. its just so....ERIN.
oh and those slippers never come off.

EATS:
i was GOING to put these on my pumpkin.. but they WERE SO GOOD ALONE. they honestly tasted of cinnamon roll.

oh the deliciousness. of pumpkin, strawbs, grapes, raisins, cinnamon & syrup. oh & COFFEE.
added some chobs. for some protein ;)

yeah, i'm one of those.. it didn't make it to the bowl in time. whoopssie.
i'll probabbly be up all night. YAY.

well, for my fiesta tonight, it was a choice between these two bowls..
obviously the "popcorn" one kicks that other one's BOOTAY.
i needed a larger one, maximum room = maximum food, capeesh?



started off by a nice little zuchinni, pepper and carrot sautee.



added a boccca burger & some black beans.





go broccoli go!

topped her off with the veggies & beans and boca burger.. + salsa, salt & peppa, chili powder
