i'm A BEE!...a busy one..


ALRIGHTY THEN.

hello lovebugs
i'm sorry for being so MIA!
really.. so sorry!

okay .. lunch yesterday! (Sunday)
roasted veggies, (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, pepper) with grilled salllmon! mmm scrumptious

i've decided that i don't need to take pictures of my popcorn anymore hahaha because i'm sure you all know of my addiction, i have it at LEAST 2 times a day now! AHHH!

so my little after lunch carb load was of course a hefty bowl of *half naked popcorn*
if you're going to buy popcorn pre-popped i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this!

then went to soccer!

came home STARVIN marvin! to some chinese food!!
szechuan *sp?* shrimp!, steamed veggies & some brown rice.. i ate my entire huge ass order. gosh i love chinese food, its probably all the salt...

after dinner i satisfied the sweet tooth with strawbs, bluebs & a small naner w/ choco sauce!


*** UNPICTURED; midnight snack of popcorn :)  ,, i usually have 100 calorie pack of JOLLY TIME butter! add my seasonings & mostly all the time have a piece of fruit as well! ***

WENT TO THE GYM. RAN 5 MILES AND WALKED .5 OF A MILE! I WAS SO HAPPY WITH MYSELF!!
A PR OF 5.5 MILES :)
i'm realizing that i can only do this longer run once a week though!

the rest of my week usually consists of:
weight training class (a new thing i'm trying out!)
a hot yoga class, and daily yoga doses thanks jenny bear
perhaps ZUMBA? anyone ever taken it?!
soccer practice
i LOVE keeping active :)


PM snack today
1 cup fage
tonsa strawberries
grapes
raisins
cinnamon
and some strawberry jam.

lol i think i have like 100 bars in my stash-- no joke the luna sunrise are good-- they have a little more protein :)
i love the pure bars-- much more satiating than the lara bars!

I haven't done zumba but The Fitnessista (her link is on my blogroll) teaches zumba! She posted a video a while back :)

Yayyy! I'm so happy you like the Luna's! I think they're the only flavor I'll buy now. I am so jealous of your abundance of fruit. I have to strictly ration mine every day, as the cost of the amount of fruit I'd like to eat is not affordable. So instead of the lbs. I'd like to eat, I only eat 1.5-2 servings a day. LAME. This will change over spring break though, muhaha. I am thinking about maybe posting that piece I was talking about, but I have to check with the editor first. I'll email it to you anyway. LOVE YOU!

Dear girl- macro setting on your camera is your new best friend :] It should have a symbol that looks like a flower. Scrummy eats today! I haven't tried white choco lunas yet but I'll keep an eye out.

Congrats on the long run, girl. 5 miles is an awesome distance. You feel good and tired but not too awful. Be careful not to push yourself too far though!

That Chinese food looks soooo good.

I totally want to try Zumba too. Hopefully my lack of coordination isn't too much of a problem or else I'll just stick to my runs and yoga.
