i think i may start blogging again because i miss it.. but i may not do every meal or snack as i did so don't take it personally!

i just think it got so stressfffull for me!

youre all my knights in shining armor.




you all make my days a bitttt brighter..
this morning i started it off rough.. in homeroom they play channel one news today it was about a college frat brother who died of alcohol poisoning. i couldnt keep composed and ran out of the room crying.

i was missing my brother pretttty badly today..
then when i ate that damn cookie. i was feeling so guilty! BUT IDK WHY.. i shouldnt and i know that now, thanks to alll you1!!!!

so annnyyway...

breakie:

lunch was a spinach salad with carrots & celery & sliced chicken (iiik).. 
with a HUGE apple & cottage cheese on the side

*THIS ONE WASNT THAT BAD!!.. it was cucumber dill, the flavor was good.. but it was still a bit too watery & not enough in it!!*

after school snack was 1/2 cup chobani & about a cup of cantaloupe with cinnamon
seriously, new addiction.



DINNER LOOKS LIKE POO, BUT TASTED SOOOO GOOD!

-fist size of whole wheat fettucini on bottom layer.. topped with, 
-sauteed spinach
-ratatouille? a bunch of yummy veggies sauteed in olive oil & garlic
-portobello mushroom burger (FANTASTIC.)
-1 cup marinara sauce (I LIKE A HEFTY AMOUNT OF SAUCE ..hehe)

steaming and delish.




bought pink ladys and honey graham for the road (or the plane rather, tomorrow. hehe)



lunch for school tomorrow.. i dont know why i'm posting it now hahahah but i am...

a salad from whole foods with a ton of roasted seasonal veggies (peppers, sweet potater, onion) 
-garlic broccoli
-black bean curried chutney slaw.. whew. SO yum. (i sampled it.. hehe)
-salmon
-other stuff i cant rememmmmber
& a pink lady...




OKAY. so, now i'm eating a bowl of strawberries...



my nightly snack later will NOT be popcorn!!!

i need one more round of suggestions , then i shall post a lovely pic of it laterr!!  :)

i'm trying to cut down to ONE popcorn snack a day, dun dun dun..

that means i want to try and eat different snacks at beddy time!
something filling & satisfying about an hour after dinner!
sweet, salty. whatever! i'm open to anything!




i really need help changing up this routine.. i can't live off of popcorn every night forever!!

so ANY suggestions ladddddies!?

bad bloggie

DAMN EJ. sorry for bein tha worst bloggah on the planet.

WARNING: won't be getting ANY better starting thursday-saturday.

OKAY .. help.
i have this problem where i feel hungry ALL THE TIME.
my nutritionist says i'm at an extremely stable weight, (i went above and beyond my discharge weight from the hospital) i'm eating great, i'm exercising moderately (well, i've always been this active) but i'm ALWAYS hungry. she says it could be a mental thing and i could be telling myself i'm hungry., i need to get my mind off of it and try to do something else instead of **PICKING** because that IS my downfall...
a grape here, a graham cracker there.. a BUNCH of unpictured things.. squirts of whipped cream.. ya know ;)

anyway.. i was wondering if ANYONE has a similar problem!? and if so what do you do?! drink water? chew gum? get out of the kitchen???
OR i need healthy, smart, FILLING, snack ideas!

BFAST:
my love of a luna bar with a gorgeous naner. ( i ate a scoop 'o PB before i left, outttaa the jar. CINNAMON RAISIN. i used to NEVER do this, but lately i have been getting the confidence to just scoop it out when i crave it! I DON'T HATE IT!)

SNACKER:
BERRIES & GRAPES. I PUT PINEAPPLE FLAVORED COTTAGE CHEESE ON AFTER!!!! SORRY ( NO PIC.)
IT'S SO GOOD!!! AHHH! IT'S LIKE DESSERT!

LUNCHEROONI:
salad with chicken& honey mustard dressing
apple & a strawberrrrie chobani

**my friend brought her infamous popcorn to school home popped baby! so i just HADDDD to have about 7 unpictured handfuls... i think my friends are catching on to my addiction!

broccoli, carrot, celery w/ salsa & a pickle for a nickel

so simple, yet SO DELISH.



went to a lovely little tone class with my friend, laid off the cardio for today.
we shall see how my muscles feel tomorrow, IT WASN'T EASY GIRRRLLL!

i'm A BEE!...a busy one..

i'm sorry for being so MIA!
really.. so sorry!

okay .. lunch yesterday! (Sunday)
roasted veggies, (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, pepper) with grilled salllmon! mmm scrumptious

i've decided that i don't need to take pictures of my popcorn anymore hahaha because i'm sure you all know of my addiction, i have it at LEAST 2 times a day now! AHHH!

so my little after lunch carb load was of course a hefty bowl of *half naked popcorn*
if you're going to buy popcorn pre-popped i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this!

szechuan *sp?* shrimp!, steamed veggies & some brown rice.. i ate my entire huge ass order. gosh i love chinese food, its probably all the salt...

after dinner i satisfied the sweet tooth with strawbs, bluebs & a small naner w/ choco sauce!


*** UNPICTURED; midnight snack of popcorn :)  ,, i usually have 100 calorie pack of JOLLY TIME butter! add my seasonings & mostly all the time have a piece of fruit as well! ***

i'm realizing that i can only do this longer run once a week though!

the rest of my week usually consists of:
weight training class (a new thing i'm trying out!)
a hot yoga class, and daily yoga doses thanks jenny bear
perhaps ZUMBA? anyone ever taken it?!
soccer practice
i LOVE keeping active :)

HOLA


goooddd morning!.. well, almost afternnoon!
i can't believe it already.
silly day light savings time!
LOST A DAMN HOUR!

yesterday before i went to babysitting i had one of the 
Rachel's cottage cheeses.
Lemon Verbena Berry
140 calories
2.5 g fat
15 g protein
12 g carbs
10 g sugars

not. a good choice.
the berry was on the bottom you had to stir it in, it was all watery and the container wasn't even full.
full fledged disappointment :(

hopefully the other flavors are better?




dinner! a side salad w/ balsamic dressing
vegetable soup that i put hot sauce on **(whoops, IT WAS SO HOT.)
Boca Vegetarian Chili.. (good!)

then i wasn't satisfied so i had a pink lady, some mini nilla wafers & PB!



yyyyyyyummm!!! i forgot how much i LOVE nilla wafers!!

my oatmeal pancake flopped around hahah 
in the cup is apple sauce (the last of it..sigh.) w/ raspberries & bluebs.
drizzled my pancake in syrup and cut up some strawberries & banana to bite it with ;)

LUNCH. was great.

first under neath it all is:
- garlic cauliflower & some fettucini from last nights dinner..
-then i piled high in sauteed veggies in balsamic & oil, (eggplant, carrot, pepper, broccoli)
-topped it off with a portobelllo mushroom veggie burger
- & 1/2 cup marinara sauce





finished with crunch!
POPCORN w/ nacho cheddah seasoning!


oh.. how i really REALLY love popcorn,
seriously.

i love the salty type

i just love it!

thank you all for reassuring me that its not just me and i'm not being a complete and total jerk to my friend! i felt so baddd  :(

i woke up really anxious at 7;30!!! ahhh
so i waited around then went to the gym for a weight lifting class at 8;30
i will be SORE for SURE tomorrow.

before i went, i ate an apple...




OKAY on to food because i had the bessssssssst breakie! on my FAVORRITE day :)

okay; layer of berries, 1/4 cup yogurt, layer of berries 
another 1/4 cup yogurt
layer of banana and applesauce, raisins, 
*CINNAMON STRESUSEL RICE CAKE MINIS!!!!* 
topped it with another 1/4 cup of yogurt, 
some syrup OHH MYY!!


finished product with iced coffee and urban magazine :)



last night i had popcorn & some decaf french vanilla coffeee before beddy bear


but i was quite hungry and wanted some protein so had about 1/2 cup of chobani w/ berries & some strawberry jam!

walk my doggies
go to the library
lounge around
babysit at 6;30

bahhhhhh

good evening beauties!


so todayy.. i had a little bit of a breakdown with my friend at lunch.. well not so much a breakdown as i yelled at her.. she was eating all of my popcorn i had with my lunch and i got really defensive.. first off i hate sharing my food.don't know why. just am NOT a sharer.. it makes me uncomfortable..

well i pointed out that she was "stealing" too much, and that it was mine.. she got really upset yelled at me for over reacting over popcorn and left the table...
i felt really bad but i get a temper when people eat my food.. i'm still working on this and am still in recovery and need to eat all of my meal! it was part of my carby snack that i feel like i need to finish.. idk did i over react at her?  she apologized for being so snappy with me but i just dont know!



ON THE BRIGHT SIDE...
i had a fabulous leisurely time at the gym!
i did some elliptical (20)
a little stairs (15)
and light biking (30)
all while reading US Weekly, Runners World & a lovely light hearted book!

any one have GOOD BOOKS for me to read?! fiction or non fiction! just something enthralling that will really captivate me!
i'm winding down on school work (or at least due to senioritis, and really want to start divulging myself in the pleasure of reading for fun!)

well today i finally got a new camera so YAY. but.. i didn't get it until AFTER i ate..breakfast, snack, lunch and anotha snack but..  i'm a pretttty repetitive eater though so HERE's some recyclebles!

I ALSO SAVE THE WORLD ;)

soooo after buying a new CAMERA my daddy ( i wuv him)  took me to the soccer store to pimp me out in new cleats, shin guards & pre wrap (for my hair)

this was so great. oh my gosh. i LOVE being @ the soccer store so much.

oh they IM GONNA LOOOK FINNEE.

my shin guards are really nice too they mold to my shin as i play and have memory foam for comfort & my puma cleats are just damn cute :)

SUCCEESSS!

FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO STEAL MY SISTERS CAMERA FURTIVELY UNTIL I GET A NEWWWWW ONE TOMORROW

weeeeeeeee!



BREAKFAST** woke up with 5 min. to spare to eat breakie so don't hit me no picturee..
it was ** home made applesauce heated to perfection on top of a choco vita muffin with a bowl of strawbs, bluebs & a dollop of fage & b'n PB.. YUMMM


ate half of this bad boy today after school along with massive amounts of cottage cheese, right outta the container... oops



hand fuls of grapeys here and thurr.

my lunch everrrrry day:

salad w/ salmon and veggies
a pink laday apple & frosted flakes in a cheesecake YO CRUNCH!
